Please note: This website is currently in a "Pre-launch" phase. No products are currently available for immediate purchase. By subscribing, you are joining a waitlist for our upcoming launch in 2026.

As a subscriber, you will receive a 20% discount code via email once marketing officially begins. This discount ensures a fixed price of 23.90 EUR for your first order, regardless of future price increases. This offer is personal, non-transferable, and valid for 60 days from the date the code is sent to your email.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence. You are responsible for providing correct and current information, such as your email address for the waitlist.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND PRE-LAUNCH We make every effort to display our chocolate house kits accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary on different screens. Descriptions of products and launch dates (estimated Summer 2026) are subject to change without notice.

SECTION 3 - PRICES AND TAXATION Prices for our products are subject to change. However, waitlist subscribers are guaranteed the price of 23.90 EUR as stated in the Overview. Note for German Customers: According to § 19 UStG (Small Business Regulation), value-added tax (VAT) is not charged or displayed.

SECTION 4 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and videos (such as our chocolate house demonstration), is the property of Gal Zion (SweetBuild) and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
